Polery is a small AI-native service studio for US local-service businesses. It rebuilds a business's website and launch assets so customers who already find the business through Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, or referrals can quickly trust it and call.

Polery is a service, not a productized SaaS platform. Customers own the delivered source files. Year 1 Cloudflare hosting is included. After year 1, customers can keep Polery hosting or move the site elsewhere.

## Current Offers

Foundation costs $499 and includes a mobile-first single-page website, real Google review integration, contact form and call/contact buttons, a free custom domain or Polery subdomain, one year of hosting, source-file handoff, one revision round, a 30-day post-launch fix window, and 3-business-day delivery after intake is complete.

Growth costs $899 and includes everything in Foundation, plus a 15-second vertical business video (9:16 MP4), an embedded vertical hero video, email capture, two revision rounds, and 5-business-day delivery after intake is complete.

Video only costs $299 and is a standalone 15-second vertical business video (9:16 MP4) built from real reviews and photos, delivered as a downloadable MP4 the owner keeps, with one revision round and 2-business-day delivery. It does not include a website rebuild, hosting, a domain, or email capture, and is intended for businesses that already have a working website.

Launch Kit is application-only and reviewed before checkout. It is intended to add brand starter design including logo design, industry-specific design materials such as restaurant menus or beauty/nail flyers and brand collateral, extra short videos, one tailored B2B or B2C launch push, and priority scoped delivery. Price is agreed after scope review, then a payment link is sent. Polery does not publish a self-serve Launch Kit checkout link.

Any paying customer — Foundation, Growth, or the standalone video — becomes a Founding Customer. Founding Customers automatically receive Polery's biggest available discount on future Polery services. Polery does not publish a specific discount percentage, a committed Launch Kit price, or a fixed Launch Kit launch date.

## Differentiation

Polery is built around three anchors:

- North American Chinese and Asian-owned local businesses that value culturally fluent, done-for-you help.
- A low-friction one-time starting price instead of a required monthly SaaS subscription.
- A combined loop of cold outreach, custom landing page, and short business video, without promising paid ads or SEO ranking gains.

## Compliance Rules

Customer-facing content must not claim a business is licensed, bonded, certified, TSBPE-certified, insured, or otherwise regulated unless that status is verified.

`years_in_business_min` is only a lower-bound estimate from Google review data. It must not be stated as a fact in customer-facing copy.

Polery does not promise SEO ranking gains, paid-ad results, ongoing social media management, or that it will acquire customers for the merchant. The approved positioning is funnel repair: customers who already find the business should actually call.

All outbound email must include an unsubscribe route and respect opt-out requests.
